At these meetings members can exchange shells, get information about shells, buy shells from other members, get their shells determined by colleague shell friends and hire books and revues from the library. Each month a talk is also given by one of the members or by an invited speaker from outside. In these talks reports on shell studies are presented, but also travel reports with attention to the shells that were collected during the journey. In January the annual statutory meeting is held with the election of the board.
